Send a File

Sending a file using File Relay is as simple as email. You choose the file to send, fill in each recipient's email address; then click send.

    Choose a file expiration date

    Enter your recipients' emails

  4. Message

    Provide an optional message or description of your file's contents

    Upload and send your file

File Profile

Every file sent through File Relay has a profile, including its own name, size, sent and expiration dates, and all of its recipients. File tracking is also accomplished on the profile. Track who has downloaded your file and get an accurate count of the total number of downloads.

Your Recipients' Email

Each recipient receives an individual email ensuring they are not carbon copied (cc) nor blind carbon copied (Bcc). In addition, each receives a unique file pickup URL to facilitate download tracking.

File Pickup

Upon pickup, recipients are shown a summary of the file's details including the sender, message, and file expiration date. This is the final step in the relay process.
